Jessica Gibbs
Licensed Esthetician
Jessica grew up in a small town in southern Indiana and attended Northern Kentucky University, earning a degree in Communication and Marketing before finding her true passion in esthetics. She received her degree and certification as a Licensed Esthetician from Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in 2022.
She is new to Charlotte and has fallen in love with North Carolina. In her free time she enjoys exploring her new home state, traveling and being a Mom to twins (boy and girl) and their mini Goldendoodle, Lush.
Jessica values building a connection with her clients and looks forward to helping them feel comfortable, and confident in their own skin.
Kate Thompson, FNP-C

She began her career in the ER which rooted her foundation to provide care for a wide variety of patients. In 2019 she found herself needing a more fulfilling path which led her to pursue her master’s degree, and certification in neurotoxins and fillers. Kate enjoys seeing patients in primary care and providing aesthetic services in the med spa. “It’s a match made in Heaven!” I love meeting patients where they are in their life’s journey; coming along side and offering support. Each patient has their own starting point. I enjoy working closely with clients to enhance their natural beauty, allowing them to age with confidence!”
Kate firmly believes in pushing herself to perfect her skill and focuses on delivering a safe, beautiful, and natural approach to facial rejuvenation. When asked what her favorite aspect of Aesthetic Medicine, “I love the combination of care I can offer patients here at Benton. Not only do I get to help clients improve their overall health, but I am able to create symmetry and balance with the goal of a natural “undone” look. I believe when patients feel good, they look good. Combining multiple modalities such as injectables, energy devices, and medical grade skin care, harmoniously promotes aging gracefully. I’m here to help patients align their body, mind, and spirit. Sometimes, that starts with a great skin care routine and the rest will unfold!”
Kate is a compassionate injector, and she continues to evolve her expertise through continuing education and hands on training. In her free time, she will be found with her husband, and children, who all enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and connecting with nature.
